Simply Amy" from the July/August 2010 issue of McCall's Quilting magazine was the pattern chosen by my daughter for her wedding quilt -- Simply Kali! She specified that the colors used be two blues and white. So, this is the quilt I made. The actual pattern made a smaller quilt, but I added rows to the side and bottom and extra borders so that it turned out to be a large queen-sized quilt -- huge! I had never done a "modern" quilt before, so it was a challenge for me. My friend, Cathy, did the wonderful quilting.

The happy newlyweds exiting the temple after their marriage.
