I started my Spider Web quilt!!
Each block has about 80 pieces of fabric.
one down... a gazillion to go....
The only problem with this quilt
(besides the VERY long time it will take to make)
is the MESS it makes...
This is after trimminng the finished quarter pieces

I make a mess with each and every quilt. My husband told me I was so messy the other day...oh well...that is what we get for being so creative.....love the spiderweb.
The white center looks nice! I'm thinking about black myself, but maybe I'll get started on it this fall.
That is crazy! Where do you find time to do that? I hope you cleaned up your mess!! You sure won't want to give that quilt away will you?
sweet bliss. want to make me one? cause, i can't find my sewing machine... i think it must be under all my laundry... and, i have WAY too many kids, and. i'm nice. all i want is one little spiderweb quilt... is that too much to ask?
Maybe we can trade... you guys finish raising my kids and I'll make ya'll spiderweb quilts. I would miss the hugs though.
