Yes, I finished my Rabbits Prefer Chocolate quilt top before Easter, so it is up on my wall being enjoyed -- even though it still needs to be quilted and have the embellishments (button eyes, a couple of ribbon bows, etc.) sewn on. I started it last year before Easter, but got sidetracked by another project (my life story) and never finished it then. Also, I did not enjoy applique as much then as I do now, so it was more fun working on it this time around. The other quilt sisters used pastel colors for the block backgrounds, but I decided to use cream, ecru, off-white, etc. (whatever else you want to call that color). I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter.

mine is ALMOST finished... as in all the pieces are done and stitched on, i just need to assemble the quilt top, quilt it and bind it... oops. maybe it will hang for Easter NEXT year.
